V. Dolan Trucking looks to be known as a cutting edge employer in the trucking industry. The majority of our drivers have stayed with us through the inclement weather slowdowns because of the progressive programs we have implemented. Our drivers receive classes and training on how to survive the slow-downs through financial planning and assistance with unemployment programs. Since implementing a merit-based pay system, the majority of our drivers have seen an increase in their base pay, while we have witnessed an enhanced dedication to the company.

We are always looking for safe, experienced, professional drivers. We cross-train good drivers so that they can work on a variety of our equipment. If you are experienced with any of these, please give us a call. We can train you to do even more.
